What do you feel has been your biggest accomplishment so far this season and what are your personal goals for the remainder of the season?

    • admin says:

Apologies for the late response, my biggest accomplishment would be throwing a touchdown pass to Sidney rice this years. The only goal I have is to make the playoffs, and then go from there

  2. Where do you think you have progressed the most since last season? And where do you think you can still improve?

Also, you need to get a TD celebration going! At the rate that you’re scoring, it’ll be more famous than Cruz’s salsa by the year’s end!

Keep it up man, rooting for you from Montreal.

I think I have progressed the most mentally, I understand the game more. I feel like I understand defenses and our route concepts a lot better. I think I need to improve the most in my route running. What do you think my touchdown dance should be ?

  3. Toni says:

What is your favorite aspect of living and playing in Seattle?

    • admin says:

I really love the food here,Im a huge seafood guy. I love 12th man and the support they give us, thats my favorite part of playing for the Hawks.

  4. mike black says:

What was the greatest thing you learned under Coach Weis?

  5. Trevor Brezee says:

What would it take to get some autographed swag?? Huge fan!!! #12thman

    • admin says:

Trevor, thanks for the shout out. Check out my store on this site where you can get some signed memorabilia from me. You can also even get me to personalize it with an inscription if you would like! Hope this helps

  6. Kyle says:

What the heck?! You’ve emerged as a killer WR this year after 2 years of fairly pedestrian numbers. Is the biggest difference the guy throwing you the ball, the game plan, or something you’ve done for yourself?

  7. Matt Z. says:

What was your most memorable moment at the university of Notre Dame?

  8. Jay says:

Have you ever played QB in high school or little league? I am asking because I want to play wide receiver but my coach puts me as QB. GO Hawks!

  9. Mike Thomas says:

Hey Showtime! Here’s my question, and its about your alma mater Notre Dame. When you were coming out of high school, I’m sure you were recruited by a lot of different colleges. Compared to other places, I’ve heard Notre Dame has very strict academic standards. What compelled you to choose Notre Dame? Why not go to a school with a little less strict standards so you could focus more on your football career?

Thanks for taking the time to answer this and congrats on the Irish being #1 in the country!

P.S. My wife wants to know what your favorite travel destination is?

  10. Jacob McCann says:

Hey Golden, what is your favorite meal the night before a game?

  11. Jamie says:

Thanks for taking time to do this! I’m an elementary school teacher and something my kids have trouble with is staying motivated when things get challenging. My students know I’m a big Hawks fan, and just today I talked about your TD catch against Green Bay and the unfortunate controversy around it, and how I wondered what that experience must’ve been like for you. I then told them about that ridiculously amazing rolling catch you made this weekend, and how this is the kind of stuff you continue to do for a living- make catches, plays, and even TD passes that just blow me away. I was making the point that I’ve always been a big fan of yours but am even moreso now because you show that you don’t let your head get clouded by the negative; in fact you go above and beyond to prove yourself. I’m rambling, sorry, but what I’m getting at is- do you have any advice for how you handle the negativity from others or maybe even doubt that can distract you from your goals? It’d be great to hear your perspective on how you deal with the pressure to succeed.
    Many thanks!

  12. Colleen M says:

Hi, Golden! Big fan since ND days! What did it feel like when you jumped into the Michigan State band? You had SUCH a great catch! Did you plan the band jump?

(For Seahawk fans who are unfamiliar, this is the best YouTube clip in the history of YouTube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OD380XDs-NY Gotta love Clausen smilin’ at the end).

Who are your favorite receivers or players on the current Irish team? Will you be going to Miami/the ship? Keep up the great work, we the 12th man support you!

  13. Matt says:

    Hi Golden.

I have been a lifelong Seahawk fan and you are definitely my favorite player. You compose yourself with integrity and a passion for the game, and you never quit on a play. It’s obvious how hard you have worked for this moment every time you take the field, and it’s an honor to see you in a Seahawk uniform. I hope you never switch teams even if you get offered super ridiculous money someday… the true heart of Seahawks nation is with you!

I want to know what thoughts were going on in your head when you scrambled on that play against the Jets and hit Sidney Rice for the first touchdown pass of your career?

That was my favorite play all season and it was really awesome to see you bring some success to the fanbase that loves this team so much.

Thanks Golden. I hope to see you in blue & green for many years to come. I need to get your jersey for my living room…

What is your favorite football moment that you have ever been a part of?

  15. TheBBP says:

Of all the receivers, it looks like you and #3 are on the same page quite a bit more often. Do you guys prep together a lot in the film room and otherwise?

Keep it up! I hope that you two are a combo here for years to come!
